Bosolver joins from Euroclear, a pan-European post-trade settlement organisation, where he was director, strategy and corporate planning.
He has accrued over 30 years’ experience in financial services with an emphasis on strategy and organisation development roles. His former employers include Gerrard Group and HSBC Group.
Bolsolver will report to Philip Howell, chief executive.
