In the move Rathbone IM, a subsidiary of Rathbone Brothers, will take on close to £1m of gross assets that the London-based business will bring across, according to company secretary Richard Loader.
The acquisition of £948,494 in gross assets is part of an aggressive strategy that has this year already seen Rathbone IM take on James Neill from Newton Investment Management as well as Rowland Flower (from Psigma IM), Evangelos Assimakos (Turcan Connell), Caroline O’Callaghan and Tony Milner (both from Brewin Dolphin) in various offices around the country.
