Soutar has joined from Castlefield Investments where he managed a range of portfolios for charities, pension schemes and private investors. He has over 25 years of investment management experience.
Quilter’s Edinburgh office was established by Aitchison in January 2011, and it has since recruited Mark Hallam and Scott Peebles.
In September, the team relocated to a new site on Castle Terrace in the west end of the city. It also has a region office in Glasgow.
