McAndrew will be responsible for developing and strengthening Principal’s relationships with consultants across asset classes and geographies in the European region, as well as enhancing the consultant community’s awareness of its multi boutique business model. He will report to European head, Nick Lyster.
Prior to joining Principal, McAndrew was a director at Unigestion, the independent asset manager, where he was responsible for specialist institutional sales of the firm’s products in the UK.
In a career spanning over 23 years in the asset management industry, he has also held senior roles at Bank of Ireland Asset Management, Credit Suisse Asset Management and Nomura Asset Management.
