The £9.2m Global Alpha Growth Fund has struggled in the past year, down 9%, compared to a sector loss of 4.9% in the 12 months to 30 September.
It also drags the sector performance over three months, six months and three years.
Jennings, the current manager of the fund, has run it since inception in May 2008.
Prior to Premier, Robbins was at Investec Asset Management and held the position of global dynamic equity portfolio manager from February 2005.
Robbins has also worked for Insight Investment, latterly as global industrial analyst, and Rothschild Asset Management as a UK equity analyst.

Jennings will remain as manager of the £48.6m Premier Global Strategic Assets Fund, which is down 7.3% in the year to 30 September, against a sector loss of 3.4%.
