The Awards span Platinum and Gold prizes for Cautious, Balanced and Aggressive and Absolute Return portfolios.
The Media Marketing award also celebrates excellence in raising brand awareness though digital initiatives and use of social media.
Presented by editor Gary Shepherd, the ceremony saw portfolio awards handed out for both large firms (those with £3bn plus in assets under management) and boutiques.
This year we received more entries than ever, with hot competition in every category.
The Awards, sponsored by Schroders, were judged by an independent judging panel who provided their own expertise in wealth manager selection.
The two-part judging process includes a chance for wealth managers to pitch exactly how they would manage a client’s wealth based on separate scenarios via a series of set questions.
The second part looks at performance data with summary analysis from Enhance Group.
This judging panel included experienced individuals from leading financial planners, law firms, accountancy practices, consultancy businesses and trust companies who were all charged with placing private client investment mandates with wealth management firms.
