This is the sixth year Portfolio Adviser has given out its Fund Awards, judged by an independent panel of 25 investment specialist wealth managers.
The panel is a good representation of Portfolio Adviser’s magazine readers and online subscribers, made up as it is of private client managers, discretionary firms, specialist advisers, multi-managers, private banks, investment intermediaries and independent fund researchers.

These awards are given for what the judges see as the funds’ future potential rather than past performance as the panel were asked individually to give their nominations in response to the question: “In each category, where would you invest your and your clients’ money today, looking ahead 12-24 months?”.
