Odey Asset Management is reportedly in talks to transfer its Special Situations fund to boutique Green Ash Partners.
The firm’s strategies have been hit by redemption requests following allegations against founder Crispin Odey (pictured), reported by the FT and Tortoise Media on 8 June, that he had sexually assaulted or harassed 13 women over a 25-year period. Odey has denied the allegations.

The Special Situations strategy is run by fund manager Adrian Courtenay. It was suspended on 15 June following a “sizeable level of redemption requests”, the firm said in a letter to investors.
Green Ash Partners is an investment boutique with offices in Switzerland and the UK. According to its website, the firm manages assets worth over $1 bn.
Last week, it emerged that Odey AM was in ‘advanced talks’ with SW Mitchell Capital over the transferral of four European equity funds.
Barclays is also seeking to terminate its corporate banking relationship with Odey Asset Management, according to reports.
