M&G Investments has made one promotion and appointed three relationship account managers within its UK wholesale distribution team.

Jasmine Miller has been promoted to partnerships sales director from her existing role as client relationship manager. Miller (pictured) is based in Bristol and will work alongside head of partnerships David Halfacre to manage relationships with fund selectors from platforms, ratings agencies and global banks.

She will report directly to M&G head of UK wholesale sales Alex Matcham.

Meanwhile, Allan Smith, John Pascoe and Wayne Sawyers have been hired to build relationships with and service existing IFAs and discretionary clients, as well as support the team’s regional sales directors.

Pascoe is covering the North of England and Scotland, Smith is covering the West and Wales, and Sawyers is covering London and Southeast. The three hires will report to UK sales and support director Annie Bennett.

Matcham said: “The appointments are designed to strengthen our regional presence, which reflect our continued commitment to delivering high quality client service across the UK. Each of the hires brings a wealth of expertise and local regional experience which, alongside Jasmine’s promotion, will ensure our UK wholesale business is well positioned to grow while continuing to support clients with our comprehensive and evolving offering.”

In May, M&G appointed Paul Faragher as sales director, to service its London-based wealth manager, financial adviser and research analyst clients.
