Smith joined the fee-based company six years ago with his main responsibility being to research suitable investment strategies and products to use in client portfolios.
He is also a member of the judging panel for the Portfolio Adviser Fund Awards.
Smith is currently research and portfolio manager at Andrews Gwynne having joined from his position as research analyst at The Money Portal/Bates Investment between 2004 and 2007. Prior to this he spent two years with Ken Room Asset Management and one with Inter-Alliance.
