Effective from 1 January 2015 and based in London, he will lead the firm in offering clients differentiating and long-term value approaches in investing.
The firm created this role as part of its expanding business plans, but it was too early yet to comment on what initiatives Fischel-Bock will be driving forward, according to a spokesperson.
He joins from Barclays Wealth where he led the UK & European wealth management business until July 2014. Fischel-Bock will report to managing partner Frédéric Rochat.
“We have built a significant private client business within the European Union with a single and efficient technology platform that allows us to offer clients solutions to their increasingly complex needs,” Rochat said.
