The fund will be domiciled in Dublin and is available in both dollar and sterling share classes.
“The launch of this offshore version of the Global Equity Income Fund has been very much driven by client demand, and will satisfy the needs of those that prefer to access funds that are domiciled offshore,” Tony Maddock, head of third party distribution, said.
Managed by Patrick Ryan and a team of investment professionals, the fund is a mirror of the onshore version.
It targets a yield of 5%. It has a low UK exposure and seeks stocks for their overall return characteristics. The holdings are a blend of defensive and cyclical stocks.
