Rees joins from law firm New Quadrant Partners where he was director of trust services. He has held various posts at PwC, Ernst & Young and KPMG over the course of the last 30 years.

She added that trust services is an area where experience and track record is particularly valued and Rees is well equipped to offer a broad range of advice to trustees, private clients and their families.
Rees added that he is looking forward to building on the reputation the company has already established in trustee services.
Kleinwort Benson was formed in 1961 and was one of the first merchant banks to establish itself in the Channel Islands.
