The Dublin-domiciled Ucits IV compliant fund, will be lead managed by John Ricciardi, assisted by Max Royde.

Ricciardi will use the “dynamic asset allocation” investment process he created more than 20 years ago in which investment decisions are made based on relative levels of risk across asset classes on a global basis. The aim of the process is to preserve capital whilst equity markets fall and provide good participation as markets rise.

Offering daily dealing, the fund will make use of multiple instruments to provide asset exposure, including bonds, ETFs, direct equity holdings and commodities.

The fund, which has seed investment of £25m, is available in sterling, euro and dollar share class denominations.

Ricciardi, who is also chief executive of Kestrel Investment Partners, said: “I am delighted to have launched the fund using the latest version of our Dynamic Asset Allocation methodology and joining forces and pooling expertise with the partners at Kestrel. I am looking forward to applying our latest technology to drive superior performance.”
