The move is part of a push by the €48bn (£42bn) asset manager to expand its family office offering in the UK.
Beech joins Kempen with 30 years’ experience in asset management. He previously worked at Stamford Associates where he was head of business development.
He has also held roles at Columbia Threadneedle and Henderson where he sold investment strategies and solutions.
Johan Cras, managing director at Kempen, said the appointment demonstrated the company’s commitment to the UK family office segment.

Beech said Kempen was ideally placed to assist family offices achieve their investment goals by leveraging its capabilities in the institutional investment space.
He added: “In addition our own niche investment strategies in small-caps, real estate, alternatives, high dividend equities and credits provide family office investors with access to some of the most attractive market segments enhanced by a fully integrated ESG [environmental, social and governance] approach.”
