Chatters has joined from Citibank where he was assistant vice president in its complex pricing group, responsible for development of derivative valuations. He has also held positions at Capco, GFI Group and Bayern LB.
His new responsibilities at Kames include constructing and implementing derivative transactions for key clients, both money market and credit related.
Kames’ UK retail fixed income range includes the flagship £1.6bn High Yield Bond, £680m Investment Grade Bond and £519m Sterling Corporate Bond funds, as well as Ethical Corporate Bond, Inflation Linked and Strategic Bond vehicles.
Roberts said: “Nick has a wealth of experience in constructing and implementing derivatives transaction as well as trading them. His appointment to the team further strengthens our capabilities in this area.”
