The new name, Jupiter US Smaller Companies, will be proposed to shareholders on 8 April.
In October last year, the board of the trust said it would follow Robert Siddles, when he decided to jump ship for Jupiter.
In the interim period following Siddles’ exit, the F&C US Smaller Companies Oeic and Sicav were handed to deputy manager Nish Patel
