Andrew Moore joins from Vanguard Asset Management where he held several roles over five years including fund accountant, operations specialist and ETF capital markets analyst. Previously, Moore was a fund accountant at BNY Mellon.

At JPMAM, he has been appointed ETF capital markets specialist and will be based in London. He will build relationships with authorised participants (APs), market makers and others in the wider ETF ecosystem.

In addition to Moore, JPMAM made five appointments focussed on distribution, mostly in continental Europe.

Bryon Lake, head of international ETFs at JPMAM, said having local distribution expertise is a key part of its strategy as they “rapidly” expand their ETF product offering across Europe.

Philip Annecke, based in London, has been appointed head of ETF distribution for Germany and Austria while Roberta Gastaldello, based in Milan, becomes head of ETF distribution for Italy.

Annecke joins from Invesco Powershares, having been one of Source’s earliest employees before the ETF business was acquired by the US asset management giant. Prior to Source, he worked at Credit Suisse in private banking and FX trading.

Meanwhile, Gastaldello joins from Amundi Asset Management where she specialised in ETF sales across wholesale and insurance clients.

Moreover, Tobias Nilsson has been appointed an ETF Specialist, based in Stockholm, focussed on Nordics distribution. He joins from Wisdomtree where he was responsible for leading business development and client coverage in the Nordic countries.

JPMAM also appointed two sales executives, Antonia Millard and Lorena Martinez-Olivares, who are both internal hires. Millard will be based in London and Martinez-Olivares in Madrid.
