He will offer market and economic insight to financial advisers and institutional investors, focusing on the UK and Europe.
Prior to joining JP Morgan Stubbs was a strategist with MRB Partners in New York and has held similar roles at Heitman Securities in London and at the United Nations Department for Economics and Social Affairs.
Stubbs will be London-based and report to chief market strategist for the UK and Europe Stephanie Flanders.
