JO Hambro Capital Management has hired a distribution business manager from Aviva Investors.
Jonathan Rudling will coordinate the asset manager’s market intelligence, regional distribution strategies and aim to better understand client requirements across UK, Europe and Asia.
At Aviva Investors he was heads of client solutions strategy and research, responsible for prioritising its global distribution approach. Before that, he was the head of distribution product strategy at Abrdn.
