Rutter will join his former colleagues Charles Martyn-Hemphill and Will Kenney who he worked with at Deutsche Asset Management for three years prior to IronBridge.
During his six-year tenure at IronBridge Rutter co-managed the $5bn Global Equity strategy.
Johim currently manages $1.7bn in global equities in segregated global mandates – the JOHIM Global Fund and the Waverton Global Equities Fund.
