JM Finn appoints Lucy Coutts as head of York office

Andrew Aitken has left the firm after heading up the Yorkshire region since 2016

Wealth manager JM Finn has promoted investment director Lucy Coutts (pictured) to head its York office.

Having joined the firm in 2011, she is a member of JM Finn’s asset allocation and stock selection committees.

She succeeds Andrew Aitken, who has left the firm after seven years as regional lead for Yorkshire, a spokesperson confirmed to Portfolio Adviser.

In March, JM Finn relocated its northern hub from Leeds to York.

The York office is the London-headquartered firm’s fourth regional office, adding to its hubs in Bristol, Bury St Edmunds, and Winchester.

The York hub looks after over £700m on behalf of over 1,300 clients, as at end June 2023.
