James Hambro & Partners has promoted one of its portfolio managers to partner.
Mark Leach (pictured) has been with the business since 2014 picking direct global equities for client portfolios.
He previously spent six years as an equity analyst and fund manager at asset manager JO Hambro Capital Management, focusing on pan European funds. Before that, he spent three years as a discretionary private client portfolio manager at Ruffer.
JH&P chairman Jamie Hambro described Leach as a “key member of the investment team”, adding his promotion is “well deserved”.
“We pride ourselves on our equity expertise, and good stock selection has been fundamental to our strong performance,” he added. “Mark brings great intellect to the analysis of equities and a strong grasp of the broader picture and historical context.
