Diebitsch joins from London based Seilern Investment Management where he has been managing the Stryx Europa Fund since 2008.

He has been working in in the European equity markets for 24s in total, also holding roles at BNP Paribas, Kleinwort Benson and W.P. Stewart & Co.

Heptagon said the hire is a response to requests from investors for a European equity product which follows the investment approach Diebitsch has been using over the past ten years.

“We are delighted that Christian, with his near quarter of a century of experience in European equity analysis and his outstanding track-record as a European equity Portfolio Manager, agreed to join our Asset Management division,” said Fredrik Plyhr, founding and managing partner.

“With his proven ability to create alpha in his strategy, we are confident that the addition of Christian to the team will benefit our ultra-high net worth and institutional client base as well as all our stakeholders and indeed provide insight and guidance to our in-house investment solutions,” he added.
