The resulting group will look to offer products globally, and is considering launching a range of regulated US and pan-European liquid multi-asset products under consideration.
Frontier founder and chief executive will retain a substantial equity interest, and will continue to lead the Frontier business, joining Gottex as a senior executive in the multi-asset business.

Last year Frontier made two new hires in a bid to capitalise on increased demand for its products.
