Godber adds that the good start is just that, a start, and says “we’ve got to keep building on that, we’ve just got to keep focusing on where we can find value”.
“Despite all the political noise there will still be companies that come through and deliver because they’ve got the right products and ultimately a business’s success is do your staff want to work there and do your customers want to buy your product,” he adds.
“Thankfully Westminster events can only affect so much of our lives, we’ve had politically volatile times over the last 50 to 60 years, this one is challenging but we’ll come out of it still fighting.”
