Gledhill, who was co-manager of the £510m Henderson Fixed Interest Monthly Income Fund and the £217m Henderson High Yield Monthly Income Fund, has been replaced as manager on both funds by John Pattullo and Jenna Barnard.

Gledhill’s co-manager, Ben Pakenham, will remain as deputy manager on either fund.

Pattullo and Barnard will now be responsible for the four funds which Henderson runs in the strategic bond sector, the others being the £650m Henderson Preference & Bond Fund and the £1.13bn Henderson Strategic Bond Fund.

A spokesperson for Henderson said there is a “high degree of commonality” between the four funds. Pattullo and Barnard also run the £337m Henderson Managed Distribution Fund with Chris Burvill.
