GAM has appointed Steven Williams (pictured) as head of UK and Channel Islands distribution, following near six years at Amundi Asset Management as senior sales manager.
Before Amundi, Williams was with Alquity Investment Management, where he built out its UK sales division. At GAM, Williams will report to Rossen Djounov, global head of client solutions. He will lead introductions of GAM products to new clients as well as maintaining the company’s existing relationships.

“Steven’s extensive experience and client-centric approach make him a valuable addition to our team. GAM is listed in Switzerland and holds CHF 19bn assets under management as of 30 June, with distribution offices in 14 countries.
