Fulcrum Asset Management has named three additional partners, taking the total number to 15.
Among them is Emma Pickering (pictured) who heads Fulcrum’s investor relations team. Having joined in April 2004, Pickering was a day-one member of the company. She previously worked alongside other founding members at Goldman Sachs.
She is joined by head of research Juan Antolin-Diaz who moved to Fulcrum from the European Central Bank a decade ago, having previously worked at the Foundation for Applied Economic Research.
The third new partner is Philip Strother who joined seven years ago and heads Fulcrum’s portfolio engineering group. Prior to joining Fulcrum, Strother held a number of positions including at AHL and JP Morgan.
Commenting on the promotions to the partnership, Andrew Stevens, Fulcrum’s chief executive, said: “It gives me great pleasure to welcome Emma, Juan and Phil to our partnership. They are all exceptionally able colleagues, and we greatly value the contribution they have made to the business over a long period.
“Our philosophy is to reward those who make a difference to Fulcrum and to our clients, and the appointment of these three new partners exemplifies this approach.”
