Cazenove Capital is continuing its regional expansion with hires in Birmingham, Bristol and London.

Jennifer Crowley has joined the firm’s Birmingham office, while Lee Sweeting has started in Bristol, and James Bates in London.

Cowley has joined Cazenove as a portfolio director from Coutts where she spent the past decade advising high net-worth families and entrepreneurs in the Midlands. She has 19 years’ experience in private banking and wealth management, including previous roles at Investec and Kleinwort Benson.

Sweeting has joined the Bristol office as a wealth planning director. He previously spent 14 years at Smith & Williamson and has advised private clients, business owners and entrepreneurs on investment structuring, tax efficiency, retirement planning and succession planning.

Cazenove has also added Bates, a former Deliveroo employee, to its London office as an assistant portfolio manager. Bates has experience in client account management from consultancy roles, most recently at Deliveroo.

Cazenove Capital head of business owners and UK regional teams Karan Sejpal said: “I am pleased to welcome Jennifer, Lee and James to Cazenove Capital. Their experience contributes to the depth of knowledge that our clients can benefit from.  I look forward to working with them to continue extending the best-in-class service we offer to business owners across the country.”

In August, Cazenove announced that Craig Jones and Omar Iqbal had joined its Birmingham business and Rhys Twomey its Bristol office.
