Former Charles Stanley CFO lands board position at Brooks

James Rawlingson will take up non-executive director role on 2 March

Brooks Macdonald has announced the appointment of James Rawlingson as a non-executive director.

He will take up the role on 2 March and will also chair the firm’s audit committee.

Rawlingson currently chairs Citibank UK’s audit and risk committee, while also holding positions on the boards of Wilton Park and Novai.

Over his 30-year career, he was executive director at UBS Wealth Management for four years until 2005, before moving on to senior roles at Coutts, Charles Stanley and Arix Capital Management.

Acting Brooks Macdonald chair Richard Price said: “I am delighted that James is joining the board. James has had an extensive career and his sector experience will provide valuable insight as the company continues towards its strategic goals.”
