Findlay Park has selected Rose Vangerven as the next CEO of Findlay Park beginning in April, as current CEO Simon Pryke becomes executive chair of the company.

Vangerven has been with Findlay Park since 2019 as the responsible investment lead and became a partner in 2021. Before Findlay Park, she spent time at BlackRock, Sciteb and Columbia Threadneedle. In 2022, she became deputy chair of the Independent Investment Management Initiative, and continues in that role.

Pryke has been CEO since 2016, after spending near two decades at Newton Investment Management. As of the end of November, Findlay Park had $11.3bn assets under management.

“Findlay Park is a special company, led by people who are passionate about delivering compelling compound returns for our investors. The mentorship I’ve received from Simon and Anthony has been invaluable to my development and I’m delighted at the prospect of leading the business,” Vangerven said.
