Fidelity International has nabbed Andy McNulty from JP Morgan Asset Management for its wealth manager sales team.
McNulty will focus on wealth clients in Scotland, Northern Ireland and the North of England. At JPMAM, he spent a decade as a regional sales manager for North of England with a focus on national discretionary fund managers.
He has previously held sales roles at Legg Mason, Invesco and Save and Prosper.
He will report to Nick McDowell, head of UK wholesale sales.
Fidelity head of wholsesale John Clougherty (pictured) said McNulty brings 25 years industry experience and strong relationships with DFMs.
“It’s been another strong sales year for Fidelity’s UK wholesale team with increased gross sales across a broad range of sectors, demonstrating our breadth of product and strong performance, particularly in Asian equities,” Clougherty said.
Portfolio Adviser asked JPMAM who would replace McNulty but the asset manager declined to comment.
