In a stock exchange announcement this morning (27 March), the Fidelity Japan board thanked Price for his management of the trust since 2015.
Assistant portfolio manager Ying Lu will become the Fidelity Japan portfolio manager from 1 October.
“Ying has been working closely with Nicholas for the past three years and so we do not expect any change in the approach to the investment management of the company,” the board added.
