FE Fundinfo chief executive Hamish Purdey departs

Chair David Blumer has been appointed interim CEO while the search for a successor takes place

FE Fundinfo CEO Hamish Purdey has left the fund data provider.

He exited the firm on 1 November, having joined in March 2020 from Intelliflo.

An FE Fundinfo spokesperson told Portfolio Adviser: “Hamish has overseen a period of rapid growth at FE Fundinfo including several company acquisitions and has made a significant contribution to the business. As the organisation enters its next phase of growth and development, a new CEO will be appointed to lead this important stage in its journey.”

The reasons for his departure was not specified.

Chair David Blumer has taken up the role on an interim basis while a new CEO is found.

FE Fundinfo was formed as a result of a merger between FE, Fundinfo and F2C.
