The FCA has appointed Catherine Bradley as a non-executive director on its board for a three-year term. The role, appointed by HM Treasury, starts on 2 August.
"Catherine will bring to the board the benefit of her considerable industry experience across a number of global investment banks and jurisdictions,” FCA Chairman John Griffith-Jones said.
Bradley has been head of equity advisory at Societe Generale for Asia-Pacific since June 2013, having worked at Credit Suisse from 2003-2012. Here she was head of equity-linked solutions for Asia-Pacific for four years.
