Ex-Beaufort head of fund research joins HFMC Wealth

Former Beaufort Investment head of fund research Emma Clarke has joined HFMC Wealth.

Clarke (pictured) started her role as an investment manager at the £1.4bn wealth manager on Monday.

HFMC provides wealth planning and investment management to high net worth individuals and businesses. It has offices in London and Weybridge in Surrey.

Clarke will manage the firm’s multi-asset portfolios alongside investment director James Tuson and fund analyst Finlay Holland.

At Beaufort Investment, Clarke was responsible for fund selection and portfolio management of its model portfolios and multi-asset funds. She left the firm in December.

She has also worked in fund analyst roles at Mazars UK, Wellian Investment Solutions and Ashcourt Rowan, and as a fund manger’s assistant at Heartwood Investment Management and a technical analyst at Jupiter.

Tuson said: “Having known Emma for many years, we are delighted to recruit her in to the team to further strengthen the depth of our fund research and investment management.”

Clarke added: “I am excited to be taking on this role and building on HFMC Wealth’s established research capability.”
