Evelyn Partners has appointed Jonathan Thornton (pictured) as a transaction services partner in a team that advises private equity firms and corporate clients, providing due diligence and sale and purchase agreement advice.
Joining from advisory firm Quantuma, Thornton brings more than 25 years industry experience to the firm, having started out at PwC in 1999.
