Evelyn Partners is bringing together its two Glasgow teams into a single location, making the largest city in Scotland home to the wealth manager’s second biggest office.
The 30,000 sq ft venue is exceeded only by Evelyn Partners’ headquarters in Gresham Street, London.
The firm, which manages over £52bn of assets, has 350 staff working in Glasgow from two separate locations, both on St Vincent Street.
Paul Frame, regional managing partner for Scotland and Northern Ireland, said: “We are excited to have agreed terms for 177 Bothwell Street. Our new offices will provide a first-class working environment for our staff based in Glasgow and supports our ambitious plans for continued expansion in Scotland.”
Plans for the new Glasgow offices follow the recent growth of Evelyn Partners in Newcastle, Nottingham and the southeast of England.
