Victoria Hasler, head of fund research at EQ Investors, is to join Hargreaves Lansdown in the same role from 5 February next year.
Hasler, who prior to her three years at EQ Investors was responsible for Square Mile’s research and consultancy output, will be overseeing HL’s fund selection process and its Wealth Shortlist, as well as managing the fund research team.
In a career spanning 20 years, Hasler has also worked as an assistant director and fund analyst at Brewin Dolphin, a portfolio manager on Rothschild Private Bank’s Fixed Income and Balanced offerings, and as an investment analyst at Merrill Lynch.
In her current role at EQ Investors, Hasler specialises in fixed income research and is responsible for the firm’s infrastructure and multi-asset funds.
In a LinkedIn post shared on Friday (24 November), Emma Wall, head of investment analysis and research at HL, said: “I am thrilled to share that Victoria Hasler, CFA will be joining Hargreaves Lansdown in the investment analysis and research team as head of fund research from Monday 5th February.
