Enhance has appointed former Tatton Asset Management head of investment to lead its manager research team.

The investment reporting and advice firm announced on Tuesday that Steven Keshishoghli has joined its London office as head of manager research, working alongside head of consultancy and investment committee chairman Ruzhen Li.

Keshishoghli will be responsible for the research, selection and monitoring of discretionary investment managers and third-party funds for Enhance’s global clients.

Institutional experience

At Tatton Investment Management he ran £3bn in multi-asset strategies as head of investments before leaving the firm in 2016. Before that he was at the national workplace pension scheme, the National Employment Savings Trust (Nest), where he designed the investment strategy. He has also worked as an investment strategist for the £28bn Railways Pension Scheme.

Keshishoghli began his career at Allenbridge Wealth Management, providing advice to ultra high net-worth individuals, trustees and charities.

Enhance chief executive Tom Wiseman said: “Steven’s addition is strategic and bolsters the robust team and investment research process built by our head of consultancy Dr Ruzhen Li over the last four years. He brings real world investment management expertise and insight to Enhance having previously run £3bn in multi-asset strategies.”

Following the arrival of Keshishoghli, Li will spend more time on the strategic direction of Enhance’s consultancy and client advice arm.

Li said: “With over $3bn under advice, it is fitting that we welcome someone of Steven’s calibre to our team and look forward to benefitting from his considerable industry insights.”
