Launched in conjunction with STEP, the professional association for advisers dealing with family inheritance and succession planning, the TMPI Whitelist is the latest service based around the group’s Trustee Managed Portfolio Indices.

Through the service, TMPI members will now be able to “select, monitor and compare investment managers’ performance”, Enhance said, adding that the service will allow users to “quickly manage and assess critical data for their selected managers”.

Initially a quarterly PDF report, the firm says that over time the offering will be expanded.

According to Enhance, each report will provide details on the manager’s performance, risk, asset and currency allocations and will provide trustees to compare the selected managers against their peer group.

Launched in 2013, the TMPI are produced by Enhance and provide trustees and private client practitioners with a benchmarking tool “that demonstrates the level of investment performance achieved within defined risk categories,” Enhance said.

Enhance CEO, James Painter said: “We have developed the TMPI Whitelist following feedback that users wanted a mechanism to consolidate and then monitor their investment service providers. The Whitelist was therefore designed to enable this without the users having to collect and analyse large volumes of data.”
