Previously he worked a senior investment manager at Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management where he was in charge of managing multi-asset portfolios and was a UK stock selection specialist. Altogether he has garnered 19 years of experience in the investment industry.

“I am delighted to be working at Enhance and I am very much looking forward to supporting their growth over the coming year. Enhance is at a very exciting stage right now, with significant international expansion quickly progressing,” Hardisty said.

The firm also announced that it is opening its first office in a planned string of new openings. The Cayman Islands office was opened in response to an increase in clients with Caribbean-based interests, the firm said.

“This is the first office opening outside of Jersey with several more key locations anticipated before the end of the year,” a spokesperson commented.

Lee Quemard joined the Cayman office as business development director for the Caribbean region. In his new role he will be providing clients with support in regards to investment reporting and oversight, investment manager selection, AIFM risk analysis and transparency reporting.

“While we are experiencing such high levels of growth it is essential that we expand into new locations in order to support our international clients. There is already a strong relationship between Jersey and Cayman Islands, in terms of regulatory cooperation and links between our two finance communities,” managing director James Painter said.
