Based in London, David Harrison joins the Merrill Lynch Portfolio Managers (MLPM) business from Hermes Fund Managers where, as a portfolio manager, he focused on European and UK markets. In all, he has 11 years’ experience having worked prior to Hermes with Close Wealth Management, again as a portfolio manager, this time responsible for pan-European equity portfolios.
Harrison has also worked for Goldman Sachs as an equity analyst in the firm’s global investment research team.
He will report to Edward Raymond, a senior portfolio manager at MLPM, the part of the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management that provides clients with discretionary management and independent investment leadership.
