Del Prete reports to Ian Ewart, managing director, head of products, services and marketing, a position itself only created at the end of 2011.
Her main responsibility is to ensure the delivery or product solutions for clients working alongside the development team and the front office.
She joined from Barclays where she was head of strategic partnerships and international third-party distribution where she was responsible for setting up commercial joint ventures with international banks and other organisations.
Before this, Del Prete held a number of senior roles at the firm including global head of investment product distribution, global head of structured product distribution and director, structured funds team.
