Chrysalis Investments gains ESG investment director

Jupiter has named Andrew Mortimer as a dedicated ESG investment director for its small and mid-cap equities team, including Chrysalis Investments.

Mortimer has been with the Jupiter governance and sustainability team since 2015, engaging with portfolio companies and forming relationships with management and boards of investee companies.

In his new role, Mortimer will continue to promote stewardship practices with portfolio companies and support the team in developing relationships with the companies Chrysalis invests in. He will also help portfolio companies develop their own approach to sustainability and governance aligned with Jupiter’s principles and standards.

Before joining Jupiter, Mortimer was a financial journalist at Euromoney Institutional Investor.
