“There will be no change structure or business model of the company – we will continue to offer clients the same products and services we have since opening for business 6 years ago,” investment director Chris Mayo said.
He added that creating the name change is to better reflect the company and its location, having been established and based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
One segment of an investment firm based in the US bears the name Wells Capital, but according to Mayo this is more coincidental and not the driving factor for the name change.
