Titcomb, who was most recently head of private banking at Brown Shipley & Co, replaces Mike Balfour, who leaves the firm at the end of January after over five years at the helm.
Over a 30 year career Titcomb has held a number of leadership roles TMI said, including Vice Chairman and group CEO of Sanlam Private Investments UK, and Ansbacher Group.
