Located in Manchester, The Roberts Partnership is a financial planner and wealth manager, consisting of seven advisers and has £450m under management.
This latest acquisition, completed for an undisclosed sum, is part of Brown Shipley’s strategy to build up its client proposition.
Brown Shipley said The Roberts Partnership deal will ‘further enhance regional presence’ and its service to clients.
The acquisition will complete on 1 November 2016, with The Roberts Partnership becoming a subsidiary of Brown Shipley and ultimately being folded into its Manchester office.
