The investment manager with £10.5bn in funds under management announced another new appointment to one of its regional outposts, one week after naming the office head for its new Cardiff branch.
The newest investment manager Chandler will work closely with investment director of the Guernsey office Mark O’Connor and be responsible for managing a range of discretionary portfolios and client relationships.
Chandler joins Brooks Macdonald from Butterfield Bank, where he spent the entirety of his 18-year career as an investment manager.
He holds a level 6 certificate in private client and investment management.
O’Connor said that “attracting an individual with Ben’s impressive technical ability and excellent relationship management skills will really add to the dynamic of our investment team here in Guernsey”.
“We are focussed on maintaining our high level of client service as we continue to expand, and we are delighted Ben has chosen to join the team,” he added.
